The Exsymol company was created in 1972 by Mrs Seguin and Mr Gueyne who decided to use their pharmaceutical expertise for the cosmetic industry. In 1973, EXSYMOL was a 4 men company on 160m2. Nowadays, the company is 5000m2 wide and employs close to 50 people. About 25% of the employees are researchers (cell and molecular biology, biotechnology, fine chemistry).
