PolyAquol™ VO4 is an innovative, patented, naturally derived polyglycerol-based W/O emulsifier that redefines the concept of emulsions by creating a Water-in-Oil Fusion (W+O). COSMOS-approved and palm oil-free, it delivers outstanding performance even in the presence of 100% vegetable oils without the need for co-emulsifiers. It enables cold-process emulsions with a very high hydrophilic phase, which in specific cases can reach up to 90%, offering exceptional viscosity control and ensuring stable emulsions with a unique sensory profile, even at very low use levels (starting from 2%).
